Digipak Poster First Draft

After receiving feedback, I have decided to add more color to the background to represent my artists energetic and bright personality.

Sunday 10th December

Today we scouted for a new location for the second verse of the music video. We ended up in Hollywood Bowl and felt it had good lighting and a nice aesthetic that would suit our music video.

Thursday 7th December

Today we carried out a photo shoot in order to get photos for our digipak and digipak poster. We took plenty of shots so that we would have various different ones. We also used a brightly coloured t-shirt so that it would stand out and make our artist look unique.

Location Change

Friday 1st December

Today we met a team from 'Label1', a media creation and production company, who create documentaries for the BBC. Whilst talking to them, we found out useful tips on different camera angles and how to engage an audience by not using the same shot for more that a few seconds. They also advised us to take 10 second shots so that we are able to cut the shot down to what we need. We also took a look at their Sony Fs7 Mark 1 camera that they use to create their documentaries, and had a hold of it in order to get a feel of what creating a real documentary is like. This experience helped us to get a feel of the real world in media, as well as gain some tips on how to create an engaging piece.
